You can choose to be calm and  create silence in the midst of it all. In dialogue and with the help our Choose to be Calm Cards, lets choose values that are needed to remain calm in day to day and adverse situations by recognising them, finding the right method of application and work with affirmation statements to stabilise our sense of calm.
