When I experience internal peace and power then I develop love for myself. Human beings always think that others should love them. However, as we develop inner peace and power, we realize that we don't need anyone else's love. When I free myself from seeking anything externally then I become truly free. In order to really become good, I have to be able to love myself. Never become tired of loving the self. When I love and respect myself then I can offer love and respect to others.

Developing the practice of looking at other people with the eyes of love and wisdom enables us to see the innocent core within each individual. This powerful vision is what frees us from the feeling of blame and anger that separates us from love.

Thursday Talk - De-clutter, enhance and harmonise your space - It is necessary to address clutter before any positive change can occur in your home and in yourself. Clutter represents the past, regrets and delayed decision making in our life. It makes us stuck. By holding onto something, you prevent new opportunities, ideas and abundance from coming into your life. It also has an impact on your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

Do you feel like you live in chaos? Are you always looking for something? Is all the stuff overwhelming you? These are signals to take action. Take a few different steps and you can improve your home and life.

Facilitator: Denisa Macurova is a professional organiser, coach and founder of Peaceful Loving Home
