He observed that most people don’t really enjoy their jobs. Through his own severe breakdown and eventual recovery he became fascinated by what path he could follow to create a career that inspires them. As part of his own growth Graeme wrote ‘Back from the Brink”. Australians tell their stories of overcoming depression. Graeme Cowan will be discussing practical strategies to discover your career sweet spot - making your vocation become your vacation !

But do we experience this as a distressing roller-coaster ride or the gently rolling hills and valleys of a country walk. If we are to not only survive but thrive, we need to develop a sense of equilibrium and acceptance that will enable us to ascend the uphills with strength and creativity and negotiate the down-hills with grace and balance.

All courses and activities are conducted by volunteer trainers and facilitators. There is no set charge for all events. Participants are asked to self evaluate how much financial contributions they would like to give based on what they have gained and learned from the session, lecture or course and based on their individual circumstances. Financial contributions are used to pay for the running cost of the meditation space.
