  • Our programs are suitable for people of all ages, cultures and faith.
  • No prior knowledge or experience is required to join our sessions.
  • Everyone with an open mind is welcome.
  • Admission to all events is by donation.
    As a guide we suggest to contribute between a cup of coffee and a movie ticket.

Our programs are inspired by the meditation practice of Raja Yoga from the Brahma Kumaris.
