Learn to Meditate - Session I

Experience peace, inner strength and wisdom through the art of the yoga of the mind. Learn how to meditate anytime, anywhere; experience the beauty of the true self; understand the nature of consciousness; connect with the Divine and use the eight spiritual powers. This is an Introduction course of the Raja Yoga Meditation - Foundation course, that consists of two 2-hour sessions. Session 2 continues Tuesday 21 Feb. No experience is necessary - this is for absolute beginners.
