Life & Balance Six Steps to Perfect Posture

This talk will be about the spiritual and physical posture to lead a balanced life and find sustainable happiness.

Guest speaker: Peta Read completed her BA in Dance at Nepean University of Western Sydney, Grad Diploma in communications and is a qualified Pilates and Stretch teacher. She was a professional Dancer and Dance Director for her dance schools in Sydney and London for over 10 years. Peta has developed a holistic method for attaining and maintaining physical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing through her international studies in Dance, Pilates, Alexander technique, Movement and Stretch.
