How does a country girl from Captain’s flat, who lived in an army housing settlement, grow up as a catholic hairdresser, leave Australia and come back as a Buddhist and stripper.
Guest speaker: Elizabeth Burton Clyde has worked with the greatest international performance artists, worked as a show girl in Vietnam, a stripper throughout America and brought stripping dance to Kings Cross. She did performing art with the most interesting international people and all this time committed herself to disenfranchised communities i.e. the elderly and aids patients.
