Gentle Men welcome!
Meg Minkley talks a lot about colour. She calls money colour coins. The world is a colour ball. She signs her emails off with ‘my kind regards and colour’. And she walks the walk as well. For one year Meg has been creating one colourful drawing a day as part of a project she created, after having had a violent experience in Mexico,. When returning to Australia and not finding much support, Meg started on a journey to help herself, completing a drawing each day to help her feel brave, positive and bring some colour back into her life. Her latest idea is also taking practical shape. She is in the process of creating her own foundation - raising awareness to stop violence against women.
Guest speaker: Meg Minkley is an artist, the founder of the projects ‘A Drawing a Day - 365 Days’ and the ‘Pozible Campaign’ and has teamed up with ‘White Ribbon’, Australia’s campaign to stop violence against women.
