Go from negative to positive, alphabetically. And Shift A is for Angerrrrrrr. Shift your Anger - be positive - be cool. 

For things to change, somebody somewhere has to start acting differently. Why not start with you? The thing is, we’re all creatures of habit. If you do what you’ve always done, you’ll get what you always get. Negative habits are like a comfortable bed, easy to into, but hard to get out of.
