Being mindful means learning to focus your attention and learning to live in the moment, here and now. The practice of mindfulness will improve your mental and physical wellbeing. Each course is unique, sharing benefits, inspirations, techniques and making time for reflections. We will practice to welcome and celebrate the beauty of living with mindfulness. We will explore mindfulness in simple reflections, meditations and above all, to accept yourself just as you are and move forward with the joy of knowledge you are growing and learning every day.
