In this new 8 session course we will look at practical ways to change our work habits and transform our life. We will explore mindfulness in simple reflection, introducing inner Leadership, active listening, Team Building and finding consensus combined with simple meditation exercises. We will focus on the foundation of success: coming back to basics, reflecting on the daily golden moments, becoming aware of your values when making decisions, owning your limiting beliefs that form your work habits and work to reduce them and above all, focusing on a shift in attitude that can mean a shift in your life and consequently inviting positive situations and people into your life.
