Mindfulness Course Part 2 - Turning off Autopilot

Mindfulness is a way of living. Being mindful means learning to acknowledge and accept without judgment. The practice of mindfulness will improve your mental and physical wellbeing. Each course is unique, sharing benefits, inspirations, techniques and making time for reflections. We will practice Mindfulness Meditations to be calm and develop awareness.
