Anger is an expression of inner pain; an indication that all is not well in our world. Many times in our life we do things that we find out later, it would have been better if we didn't do them. Life can get into a tangle in front of our own eyes. This talk will explore some of the reasons why this happens and what we can do to minimize it happening.
