In this 9 session course we will look at practical ways to change our work habits and transform our life. We will explore mindfulness in simple reflection, introducing inner Leadership, active listening, Team Building and finding consensus combined with simple meditation exercises. We will focus on the foundation of success: coming back to basics, on a shift in attitude that can mean a shift in your life and consequently inviting positive situations and positive people into your life.
