We all hold on to things that weigh us down and the longer we hold on to it, the heavier it becomes. Stress and worry are the greatest weight of all. Think about them too long and they begin to cause pain. And if you think about them all day long, you will feel paralysed and incapable of doing anything. How can I let go of the weight? We will look at various ways releasing stress through meditation exercises that help us to increase awareness, so we have the power of choice to change.
