‘Stuff’ happens to all of us. There is however wisdom in accepting that we can’t control circumstances or even people around us. It’s like trying to do the impossible! We can however, choose to respond in ways that will leave us feeling empowered and happier about our lives. In this workshop we will be practicing various strategies to more effectively deal with ‘stuff’ in our lives. Please bring a notebook + pen.
