Meditation and How To Do It

A common misconception about meditation is that you have to sit in a certain way or to try and empty your mind. Meditation is about learning and practice to be non-judgmental, raise your awareness and triumph over negative thoughts, stress and anxiety. Worrying is a waste of your intelligence and meditation strengthens your ‘muscles’ of optimism, positive thoughts and confidence. Meditation is a state of mind/being. One can engage in meditation whilst walking, before going to sleep and through out the day, by learning to resist judging ones thoughts, and rather letting them flow in a state of peace and self-awareness, which results in improving ones relationships, embracing life and feeling happier every day. This is for Beginners as well as the advanced meditator.
