Learn about who we are, what we do and offer and how you can engage.
The City Fringe Meditation Space in East Sydney is a centre for meditation and personal development.
We Conny Dietzschold and Florian Schaeffer have founded this centre in 2006. We actively practice, study and teach meditation since over 35 years part time next to our professional jobs as we love to give abundantly.
Our events, talks and courses are simple and explicit in nature and empower people to take charge of their lives and awaken them to their pure inner assets. Our events give an insight into how and why we think and behave in certain ways. Over time many of our subconscious beliefs and perceptions will become visible to ourselves. You learn how to take control of your thoughts and feelings and the consequent behaviours. You are invited to join the journey of self transformation.
Together with our Presenters of experienced teachers and facilitators we have helped people overcome mental stress, depression, addictions, low self-esteem and unhappy relationships, as they took personal responsibility for their lives and altered their outlook towards challenges and became solution oriented.
